We currently handle plan changes manually. Here’s how it works:

Cancel – You can cancel your plan anytime yourself here.
Downgrade – Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing cycle, and you keep all its perks until then. When your new plan starts, please return any toys that won’t be included (e.g. hot items or extra toys above your new slot limit) by or on that day.
Upgrade – We can upgrade you anytime. We’ll adjust the cost so you only pay for the extra value from your new plan.
